|Questions and Answers|
Q: 1) Are the diesels 3 cylinder or 4 cylinder engines? 2) Are the batteries good enough to turn the motors over? 3) Can I bring diesel fuel down to the University and try to run either of them? Thanks in advance. (12/2/20 8:51 AM)
A: These are 3 cylinder diesel engines. The department that owned them would regularly cycle the units monthly, but that stopped in August when they decided to retire them. They have not been cycled since, but should be able to be jump started. You can bring diesel to test them. We would just need to set up an inspection appointment as they are located at an offsite location. (12/2/20 11:53 AM)
