Bookcase - 6 shelf wooden bookcase. Used, as is.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING AND HAULING OF ITEMS PURCHASED. PLEASE BRING HELP AND OR PROPER LOADING/HAULING EQUIPMENT WHEN PICKING UP.

Payment must be made in person using or by mail. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ONLINE PAYMENTS OR PAYMENTS BY PHONE. Acceptable forms of payment made by mail are cashier’s check, money order, or a company check (with bank letter guaranteeing funds). In person payments may be made with a cashier’s check, money order, company check (with bank letter guaranteeing funds) cash or credit card (includes a fee for processing).

By bidding on the auction the buyer understands that payments should be made by the due date regardless of circumstances to include Covid-19.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: City of Clarksville. Payment is made at 1 Public Square Suite 301 Clarksville, TN.

Items not paid for with 5 business days will be placed out for a new auction on the 6th business day and the buyer will be removed from future auctions with the City,

Administrative Fee:

7.50% or $5.00 minimum

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 WILL be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated. Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc. necessary to transport the vehicle.

Items not picked up with 30 days of the date and time on the buyer's certificate will be considered abandoned property and sold to recover storage costs. In addition money received for the initial sale will NOT be refunded.
