These items do not come with any additional accessories or cables. Repairs may be needed. Additionally, some parts may be missing. Please note this is a buy as is auction.***Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of items.
These items does not appear to have a model/serial number. Some of the items do not have a door attachment. Most of the doors that are present are detached and held within the item.

Bill of Sale may only be signed by the Buyer. If sending a Third- Party Agent, the Bill of Sale will be scanned/faxed to the Buyer, and the Buyer must send a signed Bill of Sale back to the Seller before the property can be released to the Third-Party Agent. If your third-party utilizes a semi-truck and trailer. Please request that they park on Oliver Hill Way, and call the contact number, and we will bring the items out to them.
Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at email@example.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Please Note: Email is the preferred method of contact as I may not always be able to immediately answer my work phone. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

|As per a recent policy change, our new hours of operation moving forward are Tuesdays and Thursdays only. An appointment will need to be made in order to schedule a pick-up for Govdeals items. Please note: My preferred method of contact is my email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call or text me at 804-400-6430, however, I'm not always available to answer my phone as I may be in the field inspecting potential Govdeals items or with other customers. If I miss your call, I will do my best to get back with you within 24-48 hours. This also applies to email, however, I most often respond to emails the same day.
Furthermore, appointments can be made between the 8 am and 3 pm on either Tuesday or Thursday. Please do not make the mistake of setting out to pick-up your items without first setting an appointment with our me (Charles Williams); You will be turned away.
