CSU Surplus Property is selling a 1999 Ford F-350 XLT super duty crew cab pickup that was previously used in a university setting. Latent mechanical defects may be present that we are unaware of and unable to verify. It is highly encouraged that bidders inspect vehicles in person prior to placing a bid. Maintenance records are not available for review.

Title: Has title, no restrictions
This vehicle is equipped with a 6.8L V10 gasoline engine that starts with a boost and runs as of 9/24/20. It has a 4-speed automatic transmission that is operable as of 9/24/20 and 4-wheel drive that is untested.
The exterior is blue with minor dents, scratches, and dings throughout. The windshield is cracked, with two cracks on the left side. The tires are inflated as of 9/24/20 with 2 hubcaps present but non installed. There is paint oxidation present on the hood, roof, and topper. There is a dent in the top right corner of the tailgate. The spare tire and jack are present. The decals have been removed and impressions remain, and no emergency equipment was installed.
The interior is gray cloth. The driver’s side seat has three small burn holes, no other seat damage is visible. The dash is intact. The floor has no visible holes but there is a large stain on the left floorboard.
It is equipped with a stock AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo, AC (blows cold), dual side air bags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power windows, power door locks, and power steering. One of the door ajar switches is malfunctioning causing the dome lights to stay on and drain the battery.
It is also equipped with a Leer fiberglass topper that has side windows that open like doors, see photos, a receiver hitch, a 7 pin RV plug connector, and a Tekonsha trailer brake controller.

Auction item(s) that you have requested to inspect will be placed outside of our facility during your scheduled inspection time or you will be directed or escorted to the location of the auction item(s) during your scheduled inspection time. While inspecting any item(s), social distancing at a minimum of 6’ will be required at all times and a face covering must be worn at all time. If you miss your inspection appointment, we will allow for up to 30 minutes unless otherwise contacted, otherwise we will consider it to be a no show and require a new appointment to be set for a later date.

Winning bidders must provide the signed bill of sale, a photo of your picture ID, a letter of release if someone other than yourself is picking up the item(s) on your behalf, and the vehicle information that will be used to pick up the item(s) sent via email to email@example.com prior to the release of the auction item. Winning bidders must schedule a removal time between 9am and 3pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your auction item(s) will be placed outside of our facility at the scheduled pick up time or you will be directed or escorted to the location of the item(s) if they are located off site. All items must be removed within (10) business days from the time and date of received payment unless otherwise specified in the auction posting. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified in the Terms and Conditions. If buyer fails to remove items within the (10) business day window, the Seller reserves to right to assess storage fees at a rate of $10.00 per business day, not to exceed 10 business days, and/or default the buyer, at the Seller’s discretion. Extensions to the pickup window must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.
