Right front tire is flat.

Auction item(s) that you have requested to inspect will be placed outside of our facility during your scheduled inspection time or you will be directed or escorted to the location of the auction item(s) during your scheduled inspection time. While inspecting any item(s), social distancing at a minimum of 6’ will be required at all times and a face covering must be worn at all time. If you miss your inspection appointment, we will allow for up to 30 minutes unless otherwise contacted, otherwise we will consider it to be a no show and require a new appointment to be set for a later date.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal Instructions:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent local and University directives, all CSU Surplus Property auction pickups will be conducted by appointment only and as a no contact pick up until further notice.

It will be the winning bidder’s responsibility to load any item(s) won on auction and CSU Surplus Property employees will not be able to assist. Exceptions may be made for large items requiring forklift assistance but will be determined on a case by case basis upon a written request emailed to surplus@colostate.edu. If forklift assistance is granted or other contact is needed and approved, social distancing at a minimum of 6’ will be required at all times and a face covering must be worn at all time.

Winning bidders must provide the signed bill of sale, a photo of your picture ID, a letter of release if someone other than yourself is picking up the item(s) on your behalf, and the vehicle information that will be used to pick up the item(s) sent via email to surplus@colostate.edu prior to the release of the auction item. Winning bidders must schedule a removal time between 9am and 3pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday via email to surplus@colostate.edu and your auction item(s) will be placed outside of our facility at the scheduled pick up time or you will be directed or escorted to the location of the item(s) if they are located off site. Social distancing at a minimum of 6’ will be required at all times and a face covering must be worn at all time while on CSU property. If you miss your removal appointment, we will allow for up to 30 minutes unless otherwise contacted, otherwise we will consider it to be a no show and require a new appointment to be set for a later date which could result in storage fees based on our terms and conditions.

Shipping may be available for some items. If you are the winning bidder, please email surplus@colostate.edu to request a packaging and shipping quote. Please note that shipping quotes can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.

All items must be removed within (10) business days from the time and date of received payment unless otherwise specified in the auction posting. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified in the Terms and Conditions. If buyer fails to remove items within the (10) business day window, the Seller reserves to right to assess storage fees at a rate of $10.00 per business day, not to exceed 10 business days, and/or default the buyer, at the Seller’s discretion. Extensions to the pickup window must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.
