This auction consists of one lot of miscellaneous industrial parts. These are parts that are in excess of the facility's needs. Winning bidder is required to remove ALL auction items. No "Cherry Picking" will be tolerated. EVERYTHING must go. This is a restricted access facility. Do not attempt to walk-in. Must call to make appointment.

The winning bidder is SOLELY responsible for any disassembling and loading that is needed to remove the asset from the premises. No further information is available for this auction. Winning Bidder will be required to sign "Hold Harmless" document, prior to loading. The Hold Harmless document is included for review along with this auction.

The condition of items are "As is”, Where is. Only items described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of items. "*****BUYERS: DEMOLITION ON POSTAL PREMISES IS PROHIBITED.****

RemovalRemoval
PROPERTY MAY BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will USPS Asset Accountability Service Center assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.

A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed.
