Item is available for pickup at 199 10th Street, Clarksville, Tn. MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M AND 3:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyer's certificate. A $10 per day storage charge WILL be charged beginning on the 11th day if the buyer fails to pickup the item(s). Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville assume any responsibility for packing, loading, and shipping.
