One lot of five (5) Office Chairs
(Shipping Available) Preferred method of shipping for most items is USPS flat rate box. We can accommodate any size of flat rate box needed. Winning bidder will need to send the respective flat rate label via email. If items are not suitable for USPS flat rate service, you may contact UPS or FedEx or local packing company to accommodate your needs. The winning bidder is 100% responsible for any and all removal and shipping costs of items purchased.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property with the exception of USPS flat rate shipping when respective label is emailed Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed by appointment only and during normal business hours. Appointments must be made at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance.
The Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for any damage to State of Alaska property resulting from the removal of property. The Buyer cannot perform maintenance on property purchased on State of Alaska property. If someone other than the Buyer is picking up property, the Buyer is responsible for sending the Seller authorization in writing (letter or e-mail) for the third party picking up the property. The third party will be required to show photo ID confirming they are authorized to pick up the property.
Property items not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate will be forfeited to the State of Alaska, Department of Administration, Division of General Services.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
