First we have a metal map/plan hanging rack.

Next is a set of four chairs. A few scuffs on a couple (2 have significant water damage to the cushions)

2 Dry erase whiteboards.

2 stand alone chairs. Both have some cosmetic issues

2 8ft tables. They are operable but have water damage.

For additional information please contact the Building and Codes Department, Deidre Ward at 931-645-7426. Item is available for pickup at Perkins and Miller Building Clarksville, Tn. We do not ship. Pickup only. MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M AND 3:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please understand that if payment is not made within 5 business days, the items will be placed for re-auction on the 6th day and you will be removed from the City's list as an eligible bidder in the future. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: City of Clarksville.

Payment is made at 1 Public Square, Clarksville, Tennessee between the hours of 8:00AM-3:ooPM CST

Removal

WE DO NOT SHIP. PICKUP ONLY.

Items are located at Perkins and Miller Building.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 WILL be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated

Items not picked up within 30 days of date of sale on buyer's certificate will be considered abandoned property under state law and sold to cover storage costs. Money paid to the City for the initial purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
