1 lot, quantity of 5 solid maple wooden tables and 20 solid maple wooden chairs.

Three tables, 42x60; two tables, 48x60; solid maple construction.

Standard armless library chairs with three stretcher base shelf for storage, solid maple construction.

The items are in USED, GOOD – VERY GOOD condition. All chairs are same model/color and were originally purchased together with the tables as a set.

Chairs and tables are approximately 18 years old, are in good – very good condition, and are currently in use in the multi-function room in the local town library (as seen in pictures).

The lot was originally purchased in early 2003 and is believed to Emerson by Community. Chairs are manufacturer part number 703A (as shown in pictures).

Pictures illustrate typical cosmetic appearance. Tables and chairs are all serviceable and have no significant scratches. All items are sturdy, not wobbly. As depicted in pictures, all items constructed with screw fasteners, no dowel/glue construction, and are easily maintained.

Buyers are responsible for all handling, loading, packing, and shipping. The Town does not ship items.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Only the Assets described are for sale, other items pictured are not included. Pictures were taken at random. PLEASE REVIEW THE SELLER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
The Buyer is responsible for pick up at 60 Old Poston Post Rd, Old Saybrook Connecticut (Acton Library).

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Available removal time is between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, weekdays only, excluding Town holidays.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
