PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. ***PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select "My Bids". Please follow the instructions there. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Customer Service via the Liquidity Services Tax Exemption Submission Tool within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. *** Property may be removed by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All requests & inquiries need to be emailed to asc@govdeals.com . GovDeals WILL NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY REMOVAL REQUESTS! The ASC staff will then correspond with bidder to confirm or deny(with explanation) any specific requests or inquiry. *** REMOVAL DEADLINE: ALL AUCTIONS will close on a TUESDAY. Pickup appointments can then be scheduled for THURSDAY and FRIDAY of that same week and then on MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY(DEADLINE) of the following week. Picked Up times are from 7:30 am - 11:30 AM(EST). The ASC management "WILL CONSIDER" a bidder's request for the facility to "HOLD" their winning lots for a later pick up date; "HOWEVER" consideration will only be made once payment for "ALL" winning lots has been received from "BUYER" & then confirmed by the ASC staff. Also, all winning buyers need to be aware if the ASC staff confirms to "HOLD" their winning lots a daily storage fee of $10.00 will be applied and made retroactive on each winning lot if not removed after 30 days from "PAYMENT DEADLINE" date. Finally, if the winning bidder fails to remove their items from the ASC after 60 days; all items are considered "abandoned" and immediately become the property of GovDeals. Absolutely no refund will be implemented or considered. NO EXCEPTIONS!! • All items must be paid for before requesting a pick time. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pick up time requests must be sent via email to (asc@govdeals.com) and then confirmed via email by the GovDeals ASC management team. Pick up times will be based on availability. Management will try to schedule pick up appointments as close to requested time as possible. In order to schedule for next day pick up; all requests must be received and then confirmed via email by 2:00 PM(EST). Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. If purchased asset are not removed at confirmed date and time; it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the GovDeals ASC management team via email (asc@govdeals.com) and reconfirm a new date and time. • Buyer will provide GovDeals with the Buyers Certificate and a photo id when picking up merchandise. • Buyer must provide their own containers for transport. Boxes and containers must remain with GovDeals.

The item in question will be immediately destroyed with no further investigation into the authenticity, and no adjustment will be made to the amount paid for the lot. Please note: The GovDeals Atlanta Surplus Center does not permit the services of Conway-Freight at its facility as a shipping option. Conway-Freight trucks will no longer be allowed to dock at the Atlanta Surplus Center. If a winning bidder contracts with Con-way Freight, it will be that bidders responsibility to arrange another freight option. Should the winning bidder decline to change shipping options, the bidder will be refunded the purchase amount and will be locked from further activity with Atlanta Surplus Center. |
