Q: Would you be able to ship this? (12/1/22 6:56 PM) A: We do not deal with any type of shipping. The only option of that kind is if you contact a local representative from the UPS Store in Wilsonville and see if he would pick the item up on your behalf. Removal All buyers will be required to wear a mask during pickup of the item. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to smoffett@aurorafire.org Customers will need to schedule an appointment within 10 days of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Customers can schedule an appointment by calling the Aurora Fire Station at (503) 678- 5966 and Leaving a Voicemail for Lieutenant Bill Hansen or emailing FF Skyler Moffett at smoffett@aurorafire.org. Email preferred. Customers without an appointment will not be assisted but will be instructed to make an appointment on another day. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 30 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment. Fleet Mobility Services employees cannot assist in loading, or starting the unit.
