For sale is a TV stand cabinet in good condition. The cabinet has minor scratches around the edges and marks from regular use, but no major damage. The internal shelves are all in good condition and still have their packing materials and the pegs to support the shelves. The cabinet on the right has three holes drilled through the back of the piece to allow for cabling. Approximate measurements are 84" Width (x) 21" Depth (x) 36 1/2" Height. All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. APPOINTMENTS FOR REMVOAL OF ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITH AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO ALL ASSET PICKUPS AND INSPECTIONS. We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections. Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. No GovDeals pickups will be allowed on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day.  Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
