Shipping is available from this seller, the cost will be determined between seller and buyer after the auction closes. Buyer will be able to decline shipping from the seller. Buyer will not make a payment until shipping is declined and/or final price is determined. Seller will arrange transport of purchased property, and buyer will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from your use of the third party shipper. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property, unless you have made prior arrangements with us to ship the items for you. No Assistance will be provided on the day of. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
