Missing a few shingles, but really nothing wrong with it. It’s dimensions are about 8 ft x 8 ft.
May be dismantled to move if needed but NOT DEMOLISHED on site. CONTENTS NOT INCLUDED, they will be removed before winning bidder picks up.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale AND Hold Harmless Agreement.
