All law enforcement lighting and siren remain in vehicle and mostly functional. 2 way radio base unit, MDT, and modem have been removed. Some wiring may be incomplete/missing.

Runs & drives well, no warning lights on dash. Engine has a noticeable grumble (idler/tensioner pulley? water pump? alternator?) from off-idle to midrange RPM - we have not and will not diagnose it, please make an appointment to inspect the vehicle and hear it for yourself. Light intermittent knock in front suspension when driving. May need a jump start.
All known factory recalls have been performed as of the time of this listing.
Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available.

Vehicle body is in good shape, with some minor paint scuffing where decals have been removed. Small dents in front passenger side door. Exterior emergency lighting/siren is fully functional with the exception of one light head on the lightbar (see pictures/video).
Interior is in good condition, with no holes in the seats or floor. All remaining upfit equipment is fully functional to the best of our ability to determine (see pictures).

Proof of ID will be required to pick up property, and City policy requires that we take a photocopy of the ID. ID must match the name of the winning bidder.
If you are sending a third party to pick up your property, be prepared to provide, via email, a signed copy of the bill of sale, a picture of your government issued ID, and a letter detailing who the City of Folsom may release the property to.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate may be relisted for sale.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
