2003 Sterling LT9500 TRI AXLE, 10.3L L6 DIESEL. C10 CATERPILLAR ENGINE. Comes with inventory #568 12ft. Monroe front plow, underbody scraper blade along with inventory #508 Monroe v-bottom insert, salt spreader, chloride tanks and road watch temperature controls. Stainless Dump Body & Tailgate. Tailgate is in good condition, could use paint(peeling) Truck runs, drives and was used daily, replaced as part of a planned replacement program. See tire condition in pictures. Partial most recent repair records: 58,287 - replaced front brake shoes and brake drums, replaced 2 rear brake chambers, replaced rear leaf springs. 58,255 - replaced muffler, replaced front shocks. 57,535 - winter prep, disassemble all brakes, clean, inspected, lube, re-assembled and adjusted all brakes. replaced alternator. 57,534 - replaced engine oil and filter, replaced fuel, coolant and cabin air filters. 57,030 - replaced 4 batteries.

Removal
PICK-UP: The equipment can be picked up at the Troy Department Of Public Works Facility, 4693 Rochester Road, Troy, MI 48085 Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm by appointment only. – Report to the Fleet Division. Winning bidder must show proof of payment and a valid drivers license matching the account holders name. vehicles will be titled to the name on the account. If winning bidder sends an agent to pick up the equipment and/or items, in addition to receipt of payment in full and a copy of the winning bidders drivers license the agent must have the following documentation prior to the release of the equipment and/or items: 1. A valid driver’s license in his/her name. 2. An original NOTARIZED appointment of agent statement from the bidder appointing the individual as his/her agent and authorizing the agent to sign the Certificate of Title as Purchaser and agent of the bidder. An appointment of agent form will be emailed upon request. All equipment is to be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The equipment must be removed without City staff participation. TIME LIMIT: If equipment and/or items are not picked up within 10 working days after the auction expiration date and time, the City of Troy reserves the right to retain the equipment and re-list the equipment for auction.
