|Inspection will be on the first, third, and fifth Wednesday of each month excluding State holidays between the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. only. Customers will be require to sign in at entrance. Masks will be required and expected to be worn at all times (no exceptions). During inspection period customers are allowed to look at items but can not start them or move them. We are located at 5950 Chiles Rd, Davis, CA 95618.|

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

Vehicles must be picked up within FIVE (5) working days following the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Auction lot hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by appointment only.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION FACILITY AT PURCHASERS SOLE COST AND RISK . AT NO TIME WILL AUCTION STAFF OR EQUIPMENT BE EXPECTED TO ASSIST IN LOADING, STARTING OR MOVING ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION SITE. PURCHASER WILL ACCEPT ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES FOR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHILE REMOVING ITEMS PURCHASED.
Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID email@example.com
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
The State of California reserves the right to return this item to active service at any time during the duration of this auction.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
All vehicles will be issued a one day moving permit upon payment. Certificates of Title will be issued to purchasers for vehicles sold "WITH DOCUMENTS." All Lot items designated with an “L” number are taxable and sold "WITHOUT DOCUMENTS."
