Q: Does this truck have a top speed gov, and what is it set at? What kind of fuel mileage was this truck getting? (11/17/20 3:15 PM) A: Truck does not have a governor. Fuel mileage is difficult for Fire Departments to figure with much of our times spent on scene idling. We took the truck for a test drive tonight and at speeds of 45-55mph, the onboard computer was giving us numbers between 8 and 10mpg. That correlates with the spec sheet that states 10.1mpg at 55mph.
