Please call 512-464-6960 to schedule appointment for inspection and/or pick-up. You are not allowed on the premises without an escort. Failure to schedule an appointment prior to arrival will cause you to be turned away.
All arrangements must be made by winning bidder. Titles will be mailed to winning bidder via certified mail after bus has been removed from the premises.
1. WE DO NOT INSPECT ANY ITEM TO SEE IF IT IS IN WORKING CONDITION 2. Pick-ups must be completed within 5 business days after payment has been received. 3. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIMEFRAME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND RELISTED ON PUBLIC SURPLUS. 4. Pick-ups must be scheduled during hours of operation. 5. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED TO DETERMINE IF THE VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT WILL START. 6. Must have proper equipment to remove vehicle as quickly as possible. 7. NON-RUNNING vehicles must be towed. 8. No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on district property. Tire replacement will be allowed for transporting. 9. All district tags and license plates have been removed and temporary tags/plates will not be provided. 10.Radios and any other special equipment previously added may be removed from vehicle. 11..Titles will not be available at the time of pickup. Please allow 7 business days after payment is received for title pickup. 12.Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle. 13.NO ITEM OR VEHICLE WILL BE VIEWED OR PICKED UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS SOLD ‘AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES’.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
No appointment is necessary to pick up items. However, the buyer is highly encouraged to call 512-464- 6960 prior to pick-up to ensure availability of personnel for assistance. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
Property shall be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal and school holidays. All items must be picked up from the back of the building where the loading docks are (you would turn off Great Oaks Drive onto Racine Drive, around the building and go through the gate.You will see the loading docks). Do not park in front of any dock doors unless instructed to do so.
