The Alexander County Highway Department has a Lowboy Trailer for sale. It has a 20 foot well, over the tires is 9 foot long, 98-inches wide, and 11-inch outriggers. It has a detachable neck with self-contained hydraulics (Honda motor and electric start). The trailer has good tires. The highway department has been actively using this lowboy with our Link Belt 2800 trackhoe. We have recently purchased a new heavier trackhoe and are in the process of upgrading trailers.

This trailer is still in service and will be until sold. If any damages occur to the trailer before it is sold, the highway department will either fix the issues or remove the listing. However, inspection is highly encouraged before you place a bid on any of our equipment. Once you place a bid, you agree to purchase the item. This item has been described to the best of my knowledge at the time of the listing. But it is ultimately the sole responsibility of the bidder to assure that this item is what you expect it to be before you place a bid. The Alexander County Highway Department in no way guarantees any item in any way. The highway department will assist in loading. Any items not picked up within 14 days from the close of the auction will incur a $25 per day storage fee.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
