A 10% deposit will be required at the time of auction close 2. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason that it deems appropriate and in the municipality's best interest. 3. The winning bidder will be required to enter into an Agreement of Sale, a copy of which shall be on file with the Township Clerk. The Agreement of Sale will then be submitted to the governing body for its approval and/or rejection. If approved, Closing shall take place non later than (30) days from the date of the governing body's approval by Resolution of the acceptance of the bid. 4.
