One Lot of 3 Stainless Steel Industrial Appliances consisting of: True Freezer - Not in working condition for unknown reason. Poor condition. 54""W x 29.5""D x 78.5""H Rational Industrial Oven - Self Cooking Center - Unknown working condition. Poor condition. 42""W x 38.5"" D x 32""H. Stainless Steel Cabinet - 5 drawer cabinet. Fair condition. 6ft length x 30""D x 33""H. NOTE: Once the asset has been paid for the winning bidder will be required to sign and date the Bill of Sale and return it to Lorie Rabon as an email attachment along with a copy of their ID/License. If the winning bidder will be sending a proxy/3rd party to remove the asset, the attached Authorization of Release form will also have to be filled out and returned along with the Bill of Sale and Identification. Holiday Dates and Conditions: All assets will have to be paid for by December 12th and picked up by Dec 17th, or on January 4th or 5th, as we will be closed for the Christmas Holiday and New Years.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
