Year: Unknown. Make: Snow Company Model: UTL-4S Title: Does NOT have title Size: 4’ Wide X 117” Length Tongue Length: 54” Ball Size: 2” Serial Number: It is difficult to read. We believe it may be either 00C655 or 000655 (no guarantee).

This is an old tilt trailer that looks like it was for snow mobile transport. Fenders: Rust holes, flimsy, and some damage as pictured. Lights: All lighting does NOT work, wires are cut, no wire connections. Bottom of trailer has rust. Springs and leaf springs rusty but no cracks. The tilt of this trailer is seized up.

ITEM(S) MAY HAVE DEFECTS THAT ARE NOT NOTED OR VISIBLE. Please refer to the Special Instructions section for pickup information. Buyer will be responsible for all loading and removing. City staff will not assist.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
