This modular was constructed in 1966. It has vinyl siding and is equipped with a window unit A/C and baseboard heat. The square footage measures 864 in single space with one door. There are four windows on opposite side of the building from the door side.

Q: Hello, Does this portable have any holes on walls, leaks or holes from the roof? Are the walls soft or firm? Does the building have any molds? Does it smell moldy? I am very interested but I am trying to figure out how to have the building moved from NC to TN. Can you suggest a mover? Thank you. (8/11/22 12:55 PM)
A: I have not been inside any of these units so I have limited knowledge of their condition. They were in use until end of school last year as classrooms or for storage. I was instructed to list all of them in poor condition. I would be happy to set up an appt. for you to see them. My email is mhicks@harnett.k12.nc.us. I do not have a mover that I can recommend. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
