This auction if for ONE 60ftx60ft pole tent. We are auctioning off two tents in separate auctions. Both tents are 60x60 blue and white pole tents that were purchased at the same time. The tent that is pictured assembled is what both tents look like, THIS AUCTION MAY NOT BE FOR THE ASSEMBLED TENT PICUTURED, YOU MAY GET THE IDENTICAL TENT. Both tents come with side flaps to fully enclose the tent. All necessary poles, straps, and other needed items are included. The items pictured unassembled are the actual items you will receive. You will receive one top, six sides, and the necessary equipment to set up. These tents were purchased by the District in the summer of 2020 and were approximately 2 years old at the time of purchase. The District had them set up from Aug 2020 through early December 2020. The tents were professionally dissembled and packed. They have been in storage since 2020.

Q: how much does the tent only weigh (3/29/23 9:10 PM)
A: I don't know the exact weight, the bundled vinyl sections are quite heavy though. If I remember right, each tent has two big sections. Each one would take 2-3 people to lift. Our two maintenance guys rolled them on the trailer to get them to storage. (3/30/23 6:33 PM)

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
