FOR FURTHER INFORMATION OR TO SCHEDULE INSPECTION - PLEASE CONTACT THE ASSET CONTACT, WHICH IS LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION SECTION. Must be Monday thru Friday during normal business hours to schedule (inspections or removal). Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times if indicated in the item description. (Keep in mind that items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so inspection will be Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours and not State Holidays).

RemovalRemoval
REMOVAL OF PROPERTY WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED WITH THE ASSET CONTACT LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION. Items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so removal has to be scheduled for Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours (not State Holidays). ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will State of Missouri - Agency for Surplus Property OR the Locations, assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. DEFAULT ON YOUR BIDDING ACCOUNT. If after the award, the Buyer breaches the contract by failure to pay for or remove, the Buyer shall lose all right, title and interest which they may otherwise have acquired in and to such property as to which a default has occurred. Purchasers' failure to remove items awarded will be cause for removal of bidder from bidders list for future sales. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured. The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
