The University of Washington is pleased to offer this SpectraMax i3x injector module cartridge for its Multimode Microplate Reader. This item is New-in-Box.

ITEM INFO:

SPECTRAMAX i3X, INJECTOR MODULE CARTRIDGE model number 0200-7029. Serial number 33 900 01-3387. Dual auto injector cartridges for the SpectraMax® i3x Multi-Mode Microplate Detection Platform allows you to expand your research capabilities to include flash based applications, including dual luciferase and ATP assays.

Includes flash applications such as dual luciferase and ATP assays with the SpectraMax® i3x injector module with SmartInject® Technology ensuring equal mixing across the plate for high-precision experiments. The auto dual injector cartridge includes fail safe features including bubble detection and overflow protection to save precious reagents and maximize performance.

TheSpectraMax® Injector Cartridge adds injector capability to the SpectraMaxi3x. You can use the injectors and optics in the Injector Cartridge for luminescence reads from the top of the sample, or use the injectors in the cartridge along with the built-in microplate reader monochromator for fluorescence intensity reads from the bottom of the sample. Install the Injector Cartridge in the two rear-most slots (3 and 4 ) in the detection cartridge drawer. TheSpectraMax i3x with the Injector Cartridge installed can be set up to inject and read well-by-well to reduce signal loss. Injectors deliver a specified volume of a reagent to the wells of a plate. They are generally used when delivery of the reagent initiates a reaction that occurs rapidly and results in a luminescent or fluorescent signal that must be detected quickly. Common inject-and-read assays include luciferase reporter assays and calcium flux assays. The Injector Cartridge is DLReady™ certified by Promega for the Dual-Luciferase Reporter (DLR™) assay system.

Includes SoftMax Pro 7 data acquisition and analysis software
