The Bench Press is located in the Campus Recreation Center, 1848 Blue Raider Drive Murfreesboro, Tn 37132.

Sold "as is where is" MTSU does not guarantee operability or functionality of this equipment.

It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all resources necessary to facilitate removal from MTSU property.

If an MTSU Department or entity of the Sate of Tennessee claims this item a $400.00 FMV or fair market value will be assessed and collected before transfer of ownership can take place. This does not apply to the general public tier.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
