Q: Are there any specialized needs when taking this apart and moving it? Is a licensed plumber required to remove the plumbing, or are you allowing unlicensed persons to remove the plumbing? Is the electricity going to be disconnected, or will a licensed electrician be needed? Is there access for a vehicle to park near where this is located (such as a loading dock)? A: I believe there are certain processes you would have to follow. To remove the devices from the building systems you would need to be a licensed and insured contractor who will leave the building water system and electrical systems fully operable after removal of the RO system. There is an overhead garage door (approximately 8'x8'), but no loading dock. An elevator is not available for the components. (12/1/20 10:30 AM)

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
