Q: Hi, by saying "needs brakes", does that mean brake lines, or brake rotors, pads, etc. Thanks in advance. (6/7/23 9:16 PM)
A: I really don't know the answer to that question. It's been sitting a while so they are a bit rusted up. When I moved it the car was having a hard time stopping even at low speed. (6/8/23 7:59 AM)

A: It was almost impossible to stop, with that said I'm aware the brake systems on the hybrid vehicles are a bit different. I'm not a mechanic and I'd say bid accordingly. As stated in the original post it is "As is/ where is." (6/9/23 7:02 AM)
