31 foot restroom trailer with 10 stations including hydraulically lifting & lowering ADA compliant restroom, fresh water kit, hot water kit, and ducted air conditioning.

Features:

Mechanical:
Trailer appears to be in mechanically good shape, wheels turn freely, hitch latches & tongue jack all work properly. Tires hold air and have good tread, but are weather checked; DOT production dates are shown in pictures. 2 5/16" ball hitch. 7 way RV style plug.

All known factory recalls have been performed as of the time of this listing.

Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available.

Interior:
All existing fixtures and fittings are in good shape and appear to be fully functional. No evidence of roof leaks. Flooring is in great shape. ADA sink faucet & fresh water plumbing is missing. Stocked with some supplies (see pictures).

Known mechanical issues:
Tires need to be replaced.

Exterior:
Vehicle body is in good shape; the only visible damage is a small bend in the side rail of the ADA ramp. The lower part of the front skin is protected by a "diamond plate" rubber mat - the rubber is flexed away from the skin, but the metal behind it is straight and in good shape. The paint is flat, but looks like it should polish out nicely. The roof seems to be fully intact; the undercarriage is in great shape (see pictures).

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
Proof of ID will be required to pick up property, and City policy requires that we take a photocopy of the ID. ID must match the name of the winning bidder.

If you are sending a third party to pick up your property, be prepared to provide, via email, a signed copy of the bill of sale, a picture of your government issued ID, and a letter detailing who the City of Folsom may release the property to.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate may be relisted for sale.
