All vehicles and equipment are sold "as is, where is" and we strongly recommend the bidders to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction.

Surplus does not have a certified mechanic on-site to inspect any vehicles. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to research all of the potential recalls that may be on the vehicle.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.

Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.


Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Buyer may have someone else pick up this item. An Authorization of Release must be emailed to the Agency email listed above prior to pick up. Seller will verify photo ID to release this item.
