GovDeals offers a shipping solution through the uShip feature, as a courtesy to its buyers; however, GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from your use of the uShip feature. Please note that unless specifically advertised otherwise in the lot description, GovDeals and Seller will not package items prior to shipment. Buyers need to make arrangements for packing of purchased items.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

If item is not removed within 10 business days the winner will be defaulted and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
