Customers can inspect the property only by appointment. All previews should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Same day appointments will only be made until 10 AM, and only if we have an opening in our schedule for that day. Please call 360-407-2271 to schedule an appointment.

Condition varies on merchandise we sell. Some assets may not be thoroughly evaluated and some may contain defects which are unknown and undisclosed. Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Shipping is available from this seller, the cost will be determined between seller and buyer after the auction closes. Buyer will be able to decline shipping from the seller. Buyer will not make a payment until shipping is declined and/or final price is determined. Seller will arrange transport of purchased property, and buyer will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from your use of the third party shipper.

PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Buyers can pick up the property ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 360-407-2271 to schedule an appointment.

A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged after deadline.

REMOVAL CONDITIONS

PICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY

Asset will be released only to the buyer - in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit.

Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individual is required to be specifically named. An Authorization of Release must be signed by the buyer and emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up.

Shipping is Available for this Asset

For a specified fee - as listed below. If buyer prefers to pick up in person: decline shipping via govdeals.com.
Buyer cannot make the online payment for this asset until shipping is approved or declined with final price updated on the Sellers Certificate.

Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal of the asset. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of the third party shipper.

Parcel Shipping Costs and Conditions:

S&H: $20 to Destinations in WA, OR or CA.

S&H: $33 to Destinations in the rest of Contiguous US.

Shipping is not available to HI, AK or Internationally due to the high variance of charges to these areas. For delivery to those areas please refer to the Prepaid Label section. Note that additional fees may be applied to packages sent to PO Boxes. Packages will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Prepaid Shipping Label Costs and Conditions:

Buyer will email prepaid call tag to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov. A $10 per box preparation fee will be charged. Packaging/shipping will be completed within 2 business days of Seller receiving the call tag. Prepaid labels can be used to ship to HI, AK or International Locations.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers TERMS AND CONDITIONS, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

All sales of surplus property are "as is," and the state takes no responsibility for and makes no guarantees with respect to items sold, provided that: the state shall make a statement of the condition of the merchandise, including major known defects, before sale. No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale.

Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Surplus Operations reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
