All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate unless arrangements have been agreed upon. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible to make arrangements for removal of any and all property awarded to them. In the event loading assistance is needed the buyer must request these services while setting up their pickup appointment. A liability waiver is REQUIRED before St. Lucie West Services District assists in anyway. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. Pickup and Removal Hours (Unless a Scheduled Holiday): Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. Contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and to set up an appointment for pickup and removal and request loading assistance if needed. If someone other then the buyer will be picking up the item(s) please advise us when you are making the appointment for pickup as additional information will be required in order to complete the transaction.
