One lot consisting of 36 used Motorola XTL 1500 radios (no cords/wires) and 16 used Motorola HMN1090A microphones all are believed to have been in working order when removed from service but it is not guaranteed. We will not package to ship - PICK UP IN PERSON ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS, items will be brought out to parking lot on a pallet and buyer is responsible for loading into their vehicle.

All the radios are used - pictures are representative of type, not necessarily condition. Inspection is recommended prior to purchase.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them . Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of any items. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after the date of award the County of Macomb reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the property a second time, keeping any proceeds obtained.

All items are to be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Items must be picked up in person from the Department of Roads, 34592 Nova., Clinton Twp., MI 48035 - delivery service cannot be provided.
