Q: It is stated that . ALL CELL PHONES WERE WIPED AND UNLOCKED, what about i Cloud and personal Pin, are they unlocked too? The reason why I asked is this question is because I have bought phones that was advertise as being unlocked, but tjhe former owners of the phones still had Screen locked, and those phones cannot be used. thanks (1/28/23 8:26 AM)
