Utility Trailer. Make, Model, VIN, Serial Number: Unknown. No title or Certificate of Origin are available. Buyer will receive a bill of sale only. Item has been left out in the elements and has wear and tear from past use. Repairs may be needed (exact repairs needed unknown). Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Latent mechanical defects may be present that we are unaware of and unable to verify. This property has not inspected by surplus personnel and maintenance records are not available for review. Exterior has scratches, dings, dents. It is highly encouraged that bidders inspect items in person prior to placing a bid. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind is expressed or implied. The repair of surplus items is prohibited on Town property. This item is kept in a gated, secured lot with no access to loading dock or loading equipment. Winning bidder must come prepared with all necessities to remove item without any assistance from Department of Public Works personnel. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Town of Old Saybrook government employees and members of their households are NOT eligible to bid on this auction or any other Town of Old Saybrook government auction.

The Buyer is responsible for pick up at 497 Middlesex Turnpike, Old Saybrook CT (Town Garage). Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Available removal time is between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, weekdays only, excluding Town holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
