As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Asset Removal Instructions have been revised to maintain Social Distancing. MSP will now be conducting No Contact Asset Removals. The new process will be as follows: 1) Sign, Print & Date your Bill of Sale and email to the Asset Contact(s) 2) Email a copy of the Buyers Driver's License to the Asset Contact(s) The above items 1 & 2 must be received by MSP prior to scheduling & arrival for the Asset removal. A Driver's License check will be conducted before release of the Asset. Please note that it will be the Buyer's Responsibility to load and remove all property. There will be no assistance available at this site. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. WE DO NOT PLACE PRE-PAID/PERSONAL LABELS ON ITEMS FOR PICK UP. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.
