Condition of all items are "As-is, where is, without warranty and no refund." Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.

Only items described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured.

Payment is due in full no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Payment is not made through GovDeals. You will pay cash in person when you pick up your lot or you can request a PayPal invoice beforehand. Contact Seller to arrange payment and schedule pick up. See additional forms of payment below.

Acceptable forms of payment are:

- U. S. Currency (The buildings do not have cash. Please bring exact change.)
- Certified Cashiers Check
- Money Order
- Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)
- PayPal (An Additional 3.6% Convenience Fee Applies.) Contact Seller to let them know you want to pay with PayPal and you will be sent an invoice.
- Wire Transfer
- ACH

Checks shall be made payable to: Fort Zumwalt School District, MO. If you are paying with check or cash, you can pay at the pick up location on the day you pick up. If you wish to pay electronically, the funds must be deposited into our account before you can remove any property from our site.

Buyer's Certificate: Successful bidders will receive a Buyer's Certificate by email from GovDeals.

ALL items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Please bring your photo ID or Buyer's Certificate to verify that you are the awarded buyer. If you are paying with cash, please bring exact change when you pick up your lot.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance or equipment will be provided. All property must be removed from the Pick Up Location indicated on the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Optional requests for packaging and palletizing: Fort Zumwalt School District may consider packing and/or palletizing items for an additional fee of $50 per hour. This additional service is completely at the discretion of the seller and is subject to available staffing and other resources.

The Buyer must arrange and coordinate any and all shipping. Fort Zumwalt will not under any circumstances arrange for shipping.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Fort Zumwalt School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Consideration of Bid: Fort Zumwalt School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed without recourse.
