3 Wood Book Carts • Wood Construction • Rollers • Various Dimensions: 14”x30”x40”, 14”x32”x37” and 13”x40”x45” • Total of 3 wood book carts (Group M/N/P) IMPORTANT NOTES: Successful bidder is responsible for required dismantling, packing and transporting of the purchased items including all associated accessories. The purchased items are in a leased space – extreme care must be taken during the dismantling and removal process. The successful bidder will be responsible for any and all damages to the existing building and associated spaces resulting from the shelving remove process. All items MUST be picked up at the Huber Heights Branch Library at 6160 Chambersburg Rd, Huber Heights, OH 45424; between Tuesday May 30 – Friday June 2 (9:00am – 3:00pm). Please schedule pick up of all items in advance via email at jbalsamo@daytonmetrolibrary.org Any items remaining after Friday June 2 will be donated to an appropriate charity.

***SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE*** The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked- up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
