This truck did start on its own power, was driven across town to remove Village decals, dump box went up and down ok, truck moved forward and backwards ok, brakes worked ok. Truck odometer is accurate, this vehicle may not have very many miles on it, but it has been well used. interior is dirty, cosmetic things broken and or missing. Vehicle needs work. Rust and rot typical of Ohio winters. We make no guarantee that vehicle will start on its own power, SO be prepared to jump start it. Truck is no longer used and has been sitting for over 3 months.

With any of our auction Items that we dispose of; SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. You must pay for the vehicle at Village Hall During normal business hours, You will be given a bill of sale and the Clean Clear TITLE, You must take the title to the County Title office and transfer the title into your name before the vehicle can or will be released to you. Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: What if you’re an out-of-state buyer is there an exception to taking the title to the courthouse ? (10/23/19 11:24 AM)
A: No Exception, Somebody on your behalf with power of attorney MUST transfer the title out of the Village of Graftons name before we will release the vehicle. We will not allow a vehicle still titled to us to leave our control to any unknown party. This is our policy per our Village legal dept. (10/24/19 12:16 PM)

Q: Where is the Closest courthouse and if you have their number would be helpful (10/24/19 12:43 PM)
A: Title Office Lorain county admin Bldg. Address: 226 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035 Hours: 8:15AM Monday Phone: (440) 329-5130 (10/25/19 6:55 PM)

Q: In reference to the recent question, I also am an out of state buyer. I want to bid on, and possibly BUY this asset, However, your restriction, and/or requirement to have the asset "titled" prior to removal is impossible for me in Kentucky. The State, and DMV REQUIRE the truck, and title in order to perform a full safety inspection prior to transferring said asset into my, or my business name. Therefore, unless your intention is to sell the asset to ONLY a resident of Ohio, this " stipulation" may require an amendment. My attorney advised a "release" and a demand to have the asset transferred within five business days; and demand said asset be required to be removed via Trailer ONLY. Otherwise, the buyers will be limited. Is there ANY possibility that your legal department would be willing to revise this stipulation? Thanks, Lee CEO, Cherokee Equities Group, LLC (10/24/19 8:38 PM)
A: No Exception, Somebody on your behalf with power of attorney MUST transfer the OHIO title out of the Village of Graftons name & INTO their OWN NAME, before we will release the vehicle. We will not allow a vehicle still titled to us to leave our control to any unknown party. This is our policy per our Village legal dept. This vehicle is available to anyone to bid on and own, But you must be willing to have the Ohio title transferred into your name, your power of attorney name, your transporters name on your behalf. Those are our terms. (10/25/19 6:59 PM)
