DETAIL:
FEATURES : See photos for details.
DESCRIPTION : 1999 Fleetwood Mallard travel trailer. 18'
CONDITION : OWNING AGENCY STATES: Old travel trailer well beyond cost effective repair. I suspect the front 2’ of the roof and interior ceiling has dry rot, possibly some of the front wall as well. Its hard to tell from the photo, but the rubber sheet in that section is not adhered to the underlying structure. The roof was painted with multiple coats of Flex-seal one year ago, but it still has leak(s) that get into the light fixture in that section. The inside is currently dry due to angling the roof to keep water from pooling and leaking in. Wheel bearings were all greased 2 years ago, and the trailer has only been moved once since that time. Tires are in good condition; spare tire is brand new. Batteries have been kept charged and should be in good condition. All the appliances were in working order when last used, both propane and electric options for the refrigerator, propane stove and propane heat. Propane tanks are in fair condition but have not shown any leakage.
