|Questions and Answers|
Q: Is the engine a 8v92 or 6v92 Detroit?
Thanks (7/24/22 5:49 PM)
A: crawled under, looks like 8v92, to my knowledge engine was rebuilt about 10 years ago, taken out of service maybe 9 years, according to the fire department it came from, (7/25/22 8:20 AM)
Q: What are the LTI model & serial numbers? Theres usually a plate on the pump panel and also a plate on the control pedestal or on the rear of the apparatus. Was the body & aerial new in 1997 or were they remounted from another rig? Thanks! (7/30/22 2:50 PM)
A: Took a little digging, but I was able to find out some information. Its an AH-75, serial #8506378-r, last passing aerial inspection was Feb 2016. The back of the truck is an 87 from Key West Florida, was put on a glider in 97, no one seems to know why after 10 years the chassis was replaced. (8/2/22 8:25 AM)
Q: Was this truck taken out of service Jan 2012 is listed? (8/5/22 10:18 PM)
A: yes it was (8/8/22 8:23 AM)
