2005 Chevrolet Astro EXTENDED CARGO VAN, 4.3L V6 OHV 12V. AWD cargo mini van, needs rear door latch, and tires. Has small dings in the side panels. Door seals need replaced. NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Removal and loading will be done at the winning bidder’s expense. There will be no removal assistance. Removal by appointment only with a 48-hour notice. Removal from 7 am to 2:30pm M-F MST. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer’s responsibility. If you are not picking the vehicle up in person, please contact us prior to removal. A RELEASE form must be filled out before the vehicle is released. NO test drives are permitted.. NO emissions test available. Removed from service- December 2022 Current condition- Running good Maintenance schedule was- 4,000 miles Glass condition- Good No known mechanical issues. Q: In the undercarriage picture, it looks like there's black oil on the exhaust pipe near the engine. Does this van have an oil leak? Thanks (1/30/23 11:08 AM) A: This is an 18 year old vehicle. It is possible it may have an oil leak. The black on the exhaust is dark surface rust. There is an oil film on the front cross member, under the engine. Q: Hello. My question has already been asked. What is the oil seepage from on the front cross member. It has leaked long enough to form a crud from soaking on the rust on the cross member. Please keep in mind that some of us have bid this van up to where it is and we live states and many miles way, Wisconsin in our case and have no way of stopping to take a look. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
