Pick-up of all auction property - A successful Buyer must make arrangements to pick up items at the location noted on the Item Detail which may be at various City-owned locations. Buyers will be provided with exact pick- up location information. All items must be removed within three (3) days from the time and date of the winning bid or an agreed upon time and date by the City as listed in the Item Detail. Successful Buyers are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Item Detail. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Ann Arbor assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. If Buyer fails to remove the sale item(s) from its stated location by the date and time for removal listed all rights to the said auction item(s) will be forfeited, and the item(s) will remain the property of the City of Ann Arbor and may be resold. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the time frame allowed.
