One lot of approximately 200 (+/-) wood pallets approximate total weight is 1000 lbs. These are located at the U.S. Postal Service plant at the Dallas Processing and Distribution Center 401 DFW Turnpike Dallas Tx 75260. The condition of the items is Used. Sold "As is, where is." Nearly all of them are in good used serviceable condition, some may need repairs.

Only items described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured; any plastic pallets are NOT included in lot. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of items. Winning bidders will provide all of their own transportation and manpower and tie down straps necessary to safely remove the lot; and adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines and requirements. Under no circumstance the USPS may not provide assistance with loading or shipping.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to inspect or pick up any/all items. Please call only during these hours M-F (8:30 AM to 2:00 PM). Inspections and pick up are by appointment only; please allow 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site. ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, USING THE FEATURE ON THIS LISTING. Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (see details above). Pick up will be Monday - Friday only (8:00-2:30). Removal to be completed within 7 days after auction closes. The hold harmless agreement must be signed prior to arriving for pickup.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. The USPS may provide assistance in loading with a forklift, upon request. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” NO shipping is available for this lot. There will be a USPS employee on premise to oversee the removal. Bidder will be required to adhere to all safety regulations. Bidder will sign Hold Harmless agreement prior to loading. If you cannot meet the terms of auction, please do not bid.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times if indicated in the item description.

ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
