2014 Toro model 74947 Z Master 6000 series zero-turn mower, Kohler ECV940 999cc EFI gas engine, Turbo Force 72” mowing deck. Engine replaced May 2019 at 972 hours. Mower was serviced regularly by City staff and was operational when removed from service 4/25/22. Howling noise from PTO clutch unit at times, possibly bearing noise.
Unit owned since new by City and service records go with unit when sold.

 Removal

Removal is by appointment only! Buyers must contact the purchasing division at 319 356-5078 to schedule removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders must present buyers certificate and receipt or bill of sale at time of removal. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal and loading of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will The City of Iowa City assume responsibility for packing, loading or Shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. And 2:00p.m, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer will be responsible for e-mailing the City a copy of the two forms of ID if another party is picking up the item. This is in addition to presenting the buyer’s certificate at the time of release of the item.
