This item is a 2016 Dodge Charger, vin #2C3CDXCT0GH210673. It has a 5.7L engine that starts with a boost. It has AT, AC, dual airbags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, climate control, power windows, locks, seats, & steering, and an AM/FM radio. The interior is black cloth. It has dried blood in the vehicle, as well as, torn steering wheel, busted center console, and bullet holes in door panels & interior. The exterior is black with tinted windows. The passenger side windows are shattered, passenger side mirror is broken, passenger side quarter panel has scratches, front bumper & headlight has scuffs, and the front passenger seat is torn. There are bullet holes on passenger side bumper, doors, passenger front post, and quarter panel.

This vehicle is a drug seizure and has been in our possession since August 2018. This vehicle is sold as is where is.

ITEMS MAY BE INSPECTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00-3:00PM CST TUESDAYS ONLY. INSPECTIONS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Please understand that all unpaid items will be re-posted on the 6th day, and non-paying customers will be blocked from participating in future auctions. Payment is made at 1 Public Square Suite 301 between the hours of 8:00AM- 3:00PM CST. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, certified cashier's check, money order or a company check (with bank letter guaranteeing funds--mandatory)

THE CITY WILL NOT BE INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN BANK FINANCING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyer's certificate. A $10 per day storage charge WILL be charged beginning on the 11th day if the buyer fails to pickup the item(s). Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville assume any responsibility for packing, loading, and shipping.

Items not picked up within 30 days of date of sale shown on buyer's certificate will be considered abandoned property and sold to cover storage costs. Also, money paid to the City for the original purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
